Personal data is any information relating to a specific or identifiable individual based on such information. This Consent is issued for the processing of the following personal data:
-Full Name;
-Phone;
-E-mail;
-Company Name;
-Specialization;
-Message (if applicable).
The consent is given to the Operator for the following actions with my personal data, using automated means and/or without the use of such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification, alteration), usage, anonymization, as well as any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, both by automated and non-automated means.
This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
